NOC Skill type advantage

I have 3 years experience in NOC skill level A and 3 years in skill level 0 (both in mechanical engineering background). which one is better for me for express entry application? Is there any advantage to skill type 0?

or is there an option to use both NOC codes in the application?

No advantage for Express Entry. One must be your primary NOC. It may be an issue if you are eligible for PNPS that select specific NOCs. You need to research that.
