NOC Related - 2171

Hi Champs need a piece of Advice as per the following data :

I am working in the HR Information System Department of a Fortune 500 Company as a PeopleSoft HRMS Technical Consultant
and primarily into the Supporting of the Human Resource Application working in HR Module .
Prior to this Job I was working with a Top Indian IT Company as a PeopleSoft HRMS Technical Consultant for Big Clients .
Total Experience is nearly 3 years .

Kindly Guide under which NOC do I fall
1.Whether with the current profile Do I Qualify for Immigration ?
2.Do I need to have Arranged Employment ?

Any Guidance will be really helpful .

If your job duties fit for the NOC 2171 then that is what you apply under. If you want to see if you qualify for immigration as an FSW, you need to calculate your points. If you do not have a NOC from the most wanted list and 2171 is not on there, you will need arranged employment. See http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/index.asp

I really Appreciate that prompt response .
As per Points I do Qualify but as per my Profile it falls under 2171 I think
And I have gud industry experience as per profile
So do I need Arranged Employment and how we get that , ny sites referrals
