Hi Guys. A couple of questions regarding NOC.
1. I have 3.5+ years of work experience. Started with a general management role for 2.5 years and am currently work in a startup as COO from the past 1.5 years. My current job role aligns with an NOC 0013 (skill level 0). However, the description of the NOC says that that a person with such responsibilities usually has Several years of work experience.
With my experience, can I use this NOC or should I explore an NOC that does not require several years of experience?
2. Both my employment stints have been different from each other and inherently fall under different NOCs. Is it absolutely okay to mention 2 NOCs? Would it create any complication?
Adding an extra point here -
- Both my employers are very supportive and would be okay in helping me alter my roles as per the NOC I choose since I have been stretching and doing multiple tasks in both my jobs since both the companies are startups.
Please guide me ahead.
