I was reading in one of the threads here that each NOC has its own individual cap and that might get full. Could someone please elaborate whether this is true and how this works?

I was working as a Business Consultant for 3 years and fall under the 1122 category. Would anyone have any specific details about the cap for this category, if such exists?
