NOC O english test!! please help

Hi everyone,

I am wondering that I'm going to apply under NOC 0 and my English will be held next month.

the question are:

Do I have to get all four abilities at CLB 7??

IF one them below CLB 7, am i eligible for applying??

I heard about the points of the test, How many points to be in NOC 0??

CEC is pass or fail system there is no points.
so if you are noc 0 then you MUST get CLB 7 in all four abilities(speaking-listening-reading-writing) otherwise you do not meet the language requirements for cec and your application will be rejected for sure.

yes, there are points for listening and reading.
speaking and writing are marked by examiners.

What do you mean, you "used to" get those marks?

Refer to the grid in http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/cec/language-testing.asp for the required test results for CEC. For NOC level 0, you need a mark of at least 6.0 in each ability.

talking about the IELTS testing level on website http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/cec/language-testing.asp
As I understand, for NOC 0,A is required level 7: no less that 6 form all abilities (the bold line). Am I right?
