I have made my PR application for a month and a half now. they haven't refused it yet. But I think they are going to. My employment reference letter and my chosen NOC 7311 doesn't match in terms of words, only the lead statement is consistent. I could not get my employer to write a more specific letter because its a large company and HR doesn't do that. They just copied my job description into the letter and my job description is very wide. To most mechanical persons, the NOC would match because some words translate to the ones in the NOC. But you have to have the technical knowledge to know this. But CIC doesn't hire technical persons, so i think i'm screwed. Let me know what you guys think i should do.
