• Create fraud reports by clearly outlining all disputed transactions, including notes to assist the Fraud Claims Specialists with the investigation to reduce unnecessary customer follow-ups and minimize delays

• Worked towards the overall success of the Fraud Loss Prevention & Investigations team, as well as work independently to achieve specified goals

• Identified an existing internet or counterfeit fraud trend; or identified an existing trend by interrogating clients and reference to events recorded

• Assisted new FRC representatives on various job functions
