NOC job duties doesn't exactly match with employment requirement

I am basically a pharmacist and working for a pharmaceutical consulting company. I work as a research assistant and I do online research for market trends, new developments, prepare press releases for pharmaceutical clients, produce pharmaceutical articles, text and other research works, do a basic analysis for investment memorandums and other business proposals. my duties match with NOC 4163 but I do not have a business degree which is the educational/employment requirement for this particular NOC. I have a Master degree in Pharmacy. Am I eligible to apply?
