After graduation in a Canadian school I started to work full time for a Company in a call center as a team lead and lasted for 6 months. Then I got another position at the same Company as a Client Service Manager. My PR was rejected recently as the NOC I used apparently is not related to my work which it is very similar to what I do, I believe (NOC 1114).
Im planning to apply again soon but maybe someone can help me answering the following questions.
1. When I create the application, they ask about the time I have been working in Canada as a skill worker. But If I separate my experience in 2 dates ( team lead 6 month and CSM in the other) , The system only calculates the points based on one year experience and they give me less points which in reality I have 2 years or more working as a skilled worked considering both positions. Should I consider the 6 month Team lead position? or just the current one which I have 1 year and a half??
2. If I select both positions I would need to consider the entry of just one date in the application ( Ex. September 2017 to September 2019 instead of September 2019 to April 2018 for one position and then April 2018 to date for the current position) and then explain in the job letter the dates and NOC's for each position correct?
3. How many times can I apply for the express entry?
4. I cant find a NOC that could go to my current position. Do you know any advisor, anyone who could please help me determine what is my NOC? What do you recommend to do? Any comments are very well appreciated.
