Is NOC for all experienced IT Software professionals is 2173 ???
I have 16 years of experience in IT software industry, in developing and leading teams...

I am s Software Developer and I have chosen 2174 NOC since my roles and responsibilities match with the NOC requirements. Please go through 2173 and 2174. They are a close match.
