NOC for banker-Trade Finance

Please help. I have been working in Trade Finance handling Export business of customers like LC and other export credit facilities in a bank. I have applied with NOC 0122. I do not have 'manager' in my designation. Is the NOC correct for trade finance officers?

It is not necessary to have "Manager in designation" however it is must to have manager's duties.
- Make Decisions
-Develop
- Train
- Assess
- Oversees / Supervise/ Organize or manage
- Approve
- Take complete responsibility of
Etc....
Rather Than assist... help... handle... process... file...prepares etc..
