NOC D - 9617 - CHANCE FOR PR / CSQ?

Good day Admins/ Fellow applicants,

I am working in Canada for 6 months already under NOC 9617 in Quebec. As I have read in some forums/search engines that only A, B, C and 0 are mostly qualified for PR immigration. Can a NOC D acquire chance in getting a PR either in Quebec or other provinces? Your response is highly appreciated. Thank you.

Can you be specific about your work, and on which VISA are you now?

My apology for the vague inquiry.

I am on a temporary work visa for 2 years and I am on my 6th month working here in Quebec under NOC D 9617. Below is my current task / job description in an industrial plant here in Quebec.

* meat packager
* meat packer – food and beverage processing
* labourer, meat-packing plant
* industrial butcher helper

As I search on the net, it says that only NOC C and above can apply for PEQ or CSQ in Quebec. How about NOC D? do we have a chance in acquiring a PR under this NOC for Quebec? Thank you.
