NOC Code Question

Hi Friends,

One of my Family friend wish to apply PR.

Below is there Master degree

Person 1:

Qualification: MS Automotive Engineers
Current Job Profile: Field Manager in Automotive Industry. (Pervious work experience in Jaguar)


Person 2:

Qualification: MBA in Human Resources and Managements
Current Job Profile: HR in Production company

Based on their qualification and job profile, what would be the NOC code for each and the CLC score.

Please advise, this would really help them to move forward

For the 2nd person, 1121 should be suitable. Please check the responsibilities before making a final decision

It is the duties that they are completing, not the job title that will determine the NOC.

There are at least four possible HR NOC codes and probably more than one for the other. Comes down to what they actually do in their roles.
