Hi everyone, I'm having difficulties to find correct NOC with my current job responsibilities and Job post

My Job title - Accounts & Admin Officer
Sector - A Hospital runs under rules & regulation of Micro_ Credit Authority of my country.

My Duties are as follows -

¶} Maintain all the accounts activities of Hospital.

¶} Prepare monthly reports, collect the banks statements at the end of each months and prepare bank reconciliation statement.

¶} Update the stock register of the hospital(such as reagents, chemicals, movable or immovable/fixed assets)

¶} Arrange payments to the Consultants, prepare statement of accrued transactions and execution of those.

¶} Prepare monthly financial statement of the hospital and ensuring the transfer of the statement to the head office.

¶} Prepare and preserve different office files according to their importance.

¶} Preparing roaster duty of hospitals staff, keep leave register and attendance of the employees.

¶} Implement the orders and directions of the head office and perform other responsibilities as and when asked for.
