NOC code Issues

Hello All,
Please i have concern, I applied for EE with CRS score of 435 Points. with Noc code 0621 Retail and wholesale trade managers,
Now i want to apply for SINP however my NoC is not listed bt Noc 6221 Technical sales specialists – wholesale trade also closely matches what i do at the moment.
I know Sk would be checking my EE Profile, and they would see 0621Retail and wholesale trade managers, would this affect my application?? Would I be rejected ?
Should i change my NOC code on my EE Profile to 0621 to enable me get SK nomination?
Please note that i have also applied for Ontario Nomination.

If you have already sent your documents across to ontario, i would recommend that you do not make any changes in your ee profile until you hear back from them. In case you do not hear anything positive from oinp only than make the changes.
