i am planning to apply for PR but i am not sure about the NOC code pertaining to my job, the closest match to my job is 1122 and 4163 , i worked as Investigation Advisor at Amazon for 3.5 years and this is my job description
Roles & Responsibilities
· Empower investigators globally to take actions and corrective measures for enhanced customer experience.
· Disseminate knowledge on one on one basis to investigators to equip them in exceptional scenarios.
· Collect information from investigators across sites to determine SOP discrepancies and report the information to higher management.
· Coordinate with training team and highlight the shortcomings in training and assist investigators in understanding the needs to client.
. Conduct Team huddles and help team members to ensure improved feedback and coaching to Investigators
my role is centered around process coaching, advising and feedback to the analysts/investigators working on the operational process created by the company.
It would be great if someone can help me in match my work to a relevant NOC code as much as possible.
