NOC code is 6221 in EE profile, will I get points if I arrange employment in any other NOC (field)?

Hello Everyone,
I have recently created my express entry profile and My CRS is 417.

My question is -
I have 3 year of work experience in india under NOC 6221 (Technical sales specialists in wholesale). If I arrange for a job offer from canada under NOC 6211 (Retail sale supervisor) or under NOC 0631 (Restaurant and food service managers), will it be valid and will I get additional points for Arranged employment?


Will LMIA get approved knowing that my NOC is different?

CIC or Visa officer accept it or is there any risk of getting my application rejected due to this??

The challenge obviously will be to find an employer who cannot find either a retail sales supervisor or a restaurant and food service manager in Canada. Would have thought there could be plenty of candidates in Canada for either role making an LMIA for an outside Canada applicant unlikely. That’s just my view though so if you have an employer in mind willing to spend on the fee and the advertising good luck.

Yes I do have an employer who is willing to spend and provide me job offer but the thing i am worried about is - will it make a negative impact on my PR file?
Will visa officer reject my file due to different field of work experience and job offer in canada??
