Hi All,
Don't be panic about capping or no capping issue.
All you need is to look critically at the 50 eligible
professions and alas you may fit into more than
3 professions.e.g a graduate of Civil engineering fits into 3
NOC code.So if Civil is capped, you can go for others.
The 50 eligible profession under FSW
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/complete-applications.asp
Also for those in the financial sectors, you fit into
4 NOC code simple.
All you must ensure is that your main duties cover
at least 60% as described on the NOC profession
and you could carry out the functions in the lead
statement.
I urge you all to look at other options rather than
being worried on capping number.
Kindly act fast because tomorrow may be too late.
