Hello all,

Hope everybody is doing well during these difficult times. Currently, my partner and I are getting an employment letter from his previous positions in the US. However, we having trouble trying to match his job duties to the NOC code. His title was Operation Specialist in each sector of the company and each had the following duties:

Bank Operations:
  1. Research, review and compile data and statistics of customer's transaction history, credit, and fraudulent behavior before processing the closure of accounts.
  2. Helped determine and establish the office and operational banking procedures.
  3. Ensure the bank's policies and procedures are followed according to establish guidelines.
  4. Train office staff in the procedure and in use of current software.
Commercial Onboarding:
  1. Made sure amendments to loan and credit applications are in accordance to the bank's KYC guidelines.
  2. Essential in the mitigation of fraud, and regulatory risk by researching numerous corporate clients and supporting in the attestation of account legitimacy and purpose.
  3. Analyzed credit and financial information of current and potential commercial banking customers.
  4. Monitor and review the processing of the commercial loan and credit applications.
  5. Responsible for setting up and maintaining the team's manual and computerized filing systems.
I believe the best match was the Administrative assistant (1241). All guidance is very appreciated.
