I am new to this forum, but i have heard great things, so I am hoping that I can get some guidance. I recently received my ITA for express entry (under CEC) and I am steady getting all the docs ready. The one thing that I am unsure about is whether I have selected the correct NOC.
I used to work at a software company in Canada as a support person. Here are my roles and responsibilities:
· Develop and manage project timelines to ensure that the project execution is carried out in a timely manner
· Configure customer experience surveys and customized client reporting solutions using our proprietary applications
· Communicate directly with clients to determine and document technical issues experienced while using our proprietary software
· Maintain the integrity of system data; ensure accuracy of reporting through our proprietary technology
· Reproduce technical problems encountered by users and consult existing user documentation to provide and implement solutions
· Provide solutions, recommendations and training to clients in response to identified difficulties and client needs
· Collect and document all software issues, solutions, and client interactions using our CRM and other web-based programs
· Provide training and supervision to other technical support workers and new team members
· Work with other product and technical staff to enhance the client experience by tracking requests and feedback
· Develop custom reports or reporting solutions based on specification for Customer Experience studies that meets current and foreseeable client needs
The NOC code that I have chosen is 2282. Can anyone please let me know whether they think this is the correct one? All feedback will be appreciated and help me feel more confident. Thank you
