I am filling my employment history form in my FSW application, and I got stuck while trying to find the NOC code of a job I held for two years. I was a manager of a software support center, responsible for monitoring the operation, extracting KPI's, recruiting software support engineers for the center. I wonder what the NOC code for such position would be :
