Duties
-Implementation of the developed learning strategies and questions/matrix with timely amendment for units, projects and organization with support from the units
-Ensure the learning is integrated into project, programme and organizational planning, implementation and review/reflection for effective learning and knowledge management and benefit of improved management efficiency.
-Share the good practices from the roll-out to the target audience such as community, partners, donor
-Facilitate learning sessions and use the learning tool-kits at regular intervals
- Orient concerned staff on the relevant learning tool-kits (e.g. learning history, story of change, process documentation)
-Implement the appropriate tools, approaches, and/or methods (portal and online modules)
- Prepare and publish the learning for the programs in the end or the middle of the program period in coordination with Communications Unit
- Collect and Analyze the outcome and impact levels of the intervention and ensure feedback into project and programme management.
- Support the development and dissemination of knowledge and experience through knowledge sharing/social media to strengthened knowledge products and publications with more focused on case studies
