I have a little over 3+ years of experience with Wipro. I was hired as a campus recruit as a business analyst(my offer letter said business analyst but my designation once I joined was that of Associate Consultant) and was working in the same role from June 2016 to March 2019. I moved roles withing the company and started working as a Business Operations Consultant from April 2019 to present.
A. Should I get two reference letters for two different roles and put two different jobs(but with same employer) in my EE profile?
B. Which NOC codes should I consider for both the above roles mentioned?
-0125: Other business services manager
-1122: proffessional occupations in Business Management consulting
-2171: Informations system analysts and consultants
-Any other NOC code which you think would be applicable instead
