NOC Code & Experience - How Much It Matters in EE?

Hi, i am preparing my EE submission.

Based on my observation on this forum & at few other places, i see most submissions are in IT, Database & Hospitality category so far.

I am at top level manger position in Marketing field & my NOC code is 0611 (Sales, Marketing and Advertising Managers)

My experience is 8+ years in this field.

On the submission Google Doc from the forum, i don't see a single entry in this NOC category yet..!

My questions are

• If there is big demand in my NOC & applications are very less, will this increase chance of selection?
• I have received national level excellence awards & 4 internationally recognized certificates (non-academic) which are on HIGH demand in my field - so is that going to help me with anything???

Is there anyone who can comment on this?

Reply - Yes in case there is a surge in demand and very few applications, then you stand to gain from this.

As per my contention, this might help you bag a job through job bank but nothing much as far as getting an ITA is concerned.
