Noc. Code 1215 and its job responsibilities.

Hello ,
I am working as a scheduling coordinator in a company in Ontario. I got a job letter and it has job responsibilities in it. I want to make sure that these job responsibilities will be considered or not.
My responsibilities are following.

Coordinate with Personal Support workers(PSW’s), Registered nurses, to schedule their shifts in Long term care homes.
Coordinate with facilities to confirm schedules.
Plan and organize work schedule and procedures.
Resolve work related issues.
Ensure employees adhere to safest procedures and company policies
Maintain excel sheets and prepare them for invoice.

Please let me know, if they will work or there should be some changes in it.
What I will need to apply for PNP with this job code.?

According to IRCC,

* performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation as set out in the occupational description of the NOC [R75(2)(b)]; and
* performed a substantial number of the main duties, including all of the essential duties, of the occupation as set out in the occupational description of the NOC [R75(2)(c)].

You have to make sure that the JD in the work reference letter substantially match the JDs of the NOC selected and also the lead statement. Here substantial means 75% or more.

If you fulfil this criteria, you’re good to go.
