Hey!
Did any NOC code 1123 marketing applicants apply already? I just mailed in my application and i'm worried i might be a bit too late seeing how CIC takes up to 4 months to process payments and acknowledge application receipt or confirm completeness/eligibility. Has anybody who's already applied under this NOC code have any views to share?
Appreciate it, thanks!

Hi

I am planning to apply under NOC 1123, completing my documents at the moment.

I'm awaiting for the reference letter from one of my employer. I'm showing experience from 2 of my employers adding to 2 4 years of Marketing Experience. Done with WES, IELTS and funds arrangement.

Hoping to apply by the end of this month.

Good luck to you too! (and all of us!) it sure is a long process.

My best wishes to u all members of this forum.

It surely is too lengthy process. I read on CIC website that New Delhi Visa office takes on an average 22 months for 80% of successful applications.

Let's hope they improve that with our applications ;)

Hey Guys,

Need your help please.

I studied Electrical Engineering (Undergrad) and hold no post-graduate degree.
I have worked around 3 years in Marketing field.

I will be applying for the FWS next month, I am a bit confused if I apply to NOC 1123 without having a relevant academic background will it be a problem for the CIC or does it reduces the chance of getting PR?

Is there any regulation for academic history and work experience to match?

Please recommend me, much appreciated. thanks.

Dear Zimran

Several people have had this question in the recent past.

HI All,

Require some info on NOC 1123. I will be sending my application by 8th of Dec 2014.
How much chance do I stand to make it in Cap of 1000 application?
1123 NOC is at 385 as of 26th Nov 2014.

Please advise.

Also, which month's applications are charged now? Approximately by when will I get PER, if all doc are in place.

Thanks in Advance

Even though this NOC is warming up, it still makes sense to apply. Make sure u don't commit any mistakes with ur applications.

CC charge can be expected for beginning March.

Good luck

Thanks buddy for the reply.

Also when is your application considered in CAP?
When the application is received by CIC or when you receive File No/PER

Thanks

Each application gets in a queue, depending upon the date it was received by CIO. So if ur application is 1001st application, then u r out of cap. It's as simple as that.

While sending our docs we look at indicative numbers given at CIC website. So it's just a mix of predictions And gut feeling. I have I've answered u.

We have a Nov applicants WhatsApp group, if u like u can be a part of it. Just PM me ur no.

Good luck
