NOC category 3212 MEDICAL LAB TECHNICAINS QUES PLS HELP

hi

pls help tht i wanna know that does medical lab technicians from india qualify under NOC 3212 if she has required work experience along with eductionl background.. i called to some of the immigration lawyer and as i talked , i was doubted tht they didnt even know about this category and told me NO .so pls if someone has idea about this category pls help ...

3212 doesn't qualify unless you have a job offer in Canada or you have lived/studied in Canada.

If you don't have any of those, then you should look at PNP.
