Hi everyone,

I'm not sure about my NOC and TEER of my job. My job is based on nonnprofit, title: Database and Membership Coordinator. My main job is not about managing actual database but CRM. Most of my task include importing donation to CRM, manging CRM by cleaning and organizing data like addressing dupliicate contact, merging contact and writing queries for creating report. I also act as a middle contact person for donor and member inquery.

These are my main duties:


· Manage ours CRM database to ensure data accuracy, integrity,and security


· Oversee data health procedures (merging duplicate records, address format, etc.)


· Develop, maintain, and implement database policies and procedures to help maximize operational efficiencies


· Support fundraising and marketing strategies


· Work collaboratively with the our staff and assist with reports and lists


· Act as the primary contact for membership; respond to enquiries from members in a professional and
timely manner


· Set up, update, and revise online forms linked to the database


required qualification:

Post-secondary degree with a specialization in data management, communication, marketing, business, or other relevant area; a combination of education and experience may be considered


· Minimum 1 year of experience in customer data management


There is no NOC for CRM administrator. Also my job is not about actual database adminisistrator job like there is no backend or system related task. Its all about cloud based CRM.


Anyone out there have any idea in which NOC and TEER my job is mostly aligned?
