Please can I have some support to what to do.
I worked has a ta who worked specifically with children who had dyslexia. So I would plan and teach to 3 children per day for 1 hour at 3 different school, 1 child per school. This involved planning preparing monitoring working with teachers and patents to discuss progressing and suggest strategies that are working to keep this support in place. I would initially complete the intake however my supervisor would set the target and I start my teaching from them targets for the next 15 weeks alone, can someone please supper me in what noc this could be? I thought it was.more instructors with disabilities however when I reached out to my supervisor she said it was teaching assisting.noc, from reading the statements, I kind of feel this is wrong as I worked solely and attended different schools for children and planned without my supervisor being there and I feel that the role as a teaching assistant is more of going to one school and working with a teacher in a classroom where I do not plan etc
