NOC 7241 and I am a Telecommunication Rollout Engineer

Hello Forum,
It is my first post here. I am Arif from Dhaka , Bangladesh working for a telecommunication company. I am an rollout engineer whose duty is to supervise the technicians ( NOC 7241). I am able to do all their tasks since I have 4 years experience with this profession. So do you think that I should apply for NOC 7241? Today I had a session with one solicitor who said I can apply for that post. Is it too good offer from him? Should I approach or fall back? If possible suggest me.

Unless you have taken an apprenticeship as an electrician it doubtful that CIC/CHC will consider you an electrician under 7241

Employment requirements

* Completion of secondary school is usually required.

* Completion of a four- to five-year apprenticeship program is usually required.
