I am working as a cook in local owned pizza store where i am kneading dough in the house, preparing sauces, chopping vegetables and also determining the portion sizes of chopped vegetables for particular pizza. I am also participating in changes in the menu. Do i consider as a cook under skilled trade? And also making sides like salads, garlic breads, lasagna

Do you meet all the points listed in the NOC? Do you make everything from scratch? So dough, garlic bread, pasta is made from scratch and not a package.

Yes we make everything from the scratch in the store itself. Sauces, dough, garlic bread, pizza which are the main menu items.

So essentially you make dough and sauces only and you chop things. Not sure that is really enough to be considered a cook but that will be up to VO to determine.

Because i have matched my responsibilities with noc 63200 they are matching like making complete meals and all. I just have question, like its pizza store so their main item would be pizzas so this is okay or ircc would need more items to be there to consider as cook?

Only the VO can make the determination. It is impossible to anticipate what they will decide.
