m applying under NOC 4131 , m citizen of pakistan
Q1. in applicant forum Schedule 1 background/ declaration, point 3 name in native language or script (my native language is urdu, so i should fill this column after print, by hand)
Q2. point 10 .. the detail start from class one or from metric (9tn 10th)

Q3. i m msc in economics. how many years should be calculated

Q.4 point 11. i was appointed as lecturer in june 2005 and my job still continue. i start to fill column from 2005,06 and To...........(the colum "To" remained blank or it should be dated as April 2010

Yes write ur name in URDU by hand with black pen after u have printed the form

education details starts from class 1.
msc economics could be 18 years education as from LUMS, or could be 16 year of education as from QAU. you will get 22 and 25 respectively
write the date of filling the form in to column

If somebody have experience of teaching in ABC institute of management and higher education(not in College, its a institute)
Does it come under 4131 NOC code
My concern is that Is that necessary that experience should be in college, I mean name of the organization should be like ABC college.
Please advise

In my case i was appointed as lecture in ABC institute of mgt. and Higher education that was operated under the management of ABC college. After couple of years, Institute was merged in College and I got the experience letter on the letter head of ABC college and Offer letter on the letter head of ABC Institute of mgt. and higher education.
Please advise if its an issue

i think it doesnt matter.....there are many technical and medical institutes in asia.......some are named as institutes and some colleges.....visa officers are aware of that

If u check, NOC 4131 is termed under professor or teaching in the university, usual requirement is a PHD, if u are a lecturer or trainer in colleges, it should come under NOC 4121. So make sure u are under the right NOC code.

I have been in both college and later uni teaching but didn't have my PhD completed thats why I applied under 4121.... I was a bit confused and been suggested by some migration agent that without PhD one should not apply for 4131.... but other view was also there saying PhD only need to get a job but not as requirement for the immigration..... any comment from your experience or seniors can you please post some of your notes in this regards? thnx in advance

This unit group includes instructors who teach applied arts, academic, technical and vocational subjects to students at community colleges, CEGEPs, agricultural colleges, technical and vocational institutes, language schools and other college level schools. This unit group also includes trainers who are employed by private training establishments, companies, community agencies and governments to deliver internal training or development courses. College teachers who are heads of departments are included in this group.

Employment requirements
A bachelor's degree, a college diploma or demonstrated expertise in the field of instruction is required.
A master's degree in the field of instruction may be required.
A certificate, diploma or degree in adult education may be required.
For instructors of trades, completion of apprenticeship training and industry or trade certification are required. Additional courses in teaching or a provincial teaching certificate may be required.

No your final degree or some courses must be in the same profession
