If you meet the eligibility your CC or DD will be en-cashed in 4 weeks. Then a maximum of 2 more weeks to receive the PER.

After the PER your documents will be forwarded to your Local Visa Officer and you will be provided with an AOR once this is done.

And then - the review process will start.

What was your total FSW Points according to you ?

Hi,

Do you think these duties are ok for System Administrator?

• Troubleshoot and Administer end user’s network account on the servers to ensure proper authentication and authorization.
• Work on tickets that were escalated by the first level support at the call center and provide problem solving solutions and/or work around.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis to ensure effective resolution by making changes on the server administration consoles and avoid re-occurrence of the issue.
• Follow up on pending tickets to ensure proper issue resolution and closure.
• Adhere to service level agreement (SLA) by closely monitoring the metrics indicating levels of service thereby ensuring high availability.

- The skills match with 2281 but they are not enough in terms of covering a 'substantial' amount of duties listed against 2281.
- Point 2 and Point 4 essentially boils down to the same thing.
- I would strongly suggest you go back and revisit the duties under 2281 and make sure you cover the key skills mentioned in them.

Thank you !, do you think this is better :

• Troubleshoot and Administer network user accounts and objects on the servers to ensure proper authentication and authorization to various network resources.
• Deploy and publish applications and resources to Zen App / Zen desktop consoles based on the service requested and also maintain their life-cycle by ensuring compliance.
• Work on Incidents escalated by the first level support (related to Windows and Citrix servers) and provide problem solving solutions and/or work around to the end user.
• Adhere to service level agreement (SLA) by closely monitoring the metrics indicating levels of service thereby ensuring high availability of the systems.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis to ensure effective resolution by making changes on the concerned server administration consoles thereby avoiding re-occurrence of the issue.
• Follow up to validate all the servers are installed with latest patches to reduce security vulnerability.
