once our cc/bd charged, then only they count our application into the cap. this is my assumption.
i got my cc charged exactly when they updated the cap.

Thanks Shijoal. Things are moving at a snail's pace. I am trying my best. But I do not really think 2121 will last that long. Just like you, I believe CC charged applicants are only counted towards cap and now that they are still charging applicants on July 18th, I might barely make it if I do not delay it beyond october.

Any idea when the cap reached last year for 2121? I think it is early june but not very sure. If it is in June, I would then consider that there are not many people waiting to apply unlike the 1122 and 3152.

Once 3152 is capped, CIC will have all the time to concentrate on the other noc like 2121,3131 and 0631 and others.

last year the cap reached in the month of june. there would be more than 100 applications pending under our noc. i think that noc 3152 might have been already capped in actual.

i hope to get per by next week at least.

my wife has done MSC BIOTECHNOLOGY N IM AN IT PROFESSIONAL. CAN U PLZ SUGGEST US CAN WE RE-APPLY THRU 2121 CATEGORY(WIFE AS PA). OUR CASE IS ALREADY FILED UP WITH CIC BUT STILL WE THINK WE SUD APPLY THRU ANOTHER CATEGORY.

is it regardind experiance? if then experiance certificates or ref letter from rmployer in company letter pad with seal , signature, ph no, email id .

This is not about reference letters, my references are perfect. What I heard from other members that 2121 applicants should also provide supporting documents like research work, scientific papers, published studies, etc..

They are more interested in your job duties instead of research,publication, lecture in conferences.
But these are additives. I have send my research and publications.
