Don’t know as that will be decided by IRCC. Many B NOCs are being downgraded, I believe.

I'm still putside of Canada but planning to apply for study permit in the future.

That is one of the downgraded NOCs so it is unclear whether this NOC will be part of EE.

Hello, my noc code is 6311 which is going to remain in teer 2 but the program i did is less than 2 years I don’t how they are going to do assessment. I been working at this position from last 8 months. Should I change job ?

Tye new noc system will not be effective until at least end of 2022. That should be very obvious to everyone. Ircc is struggling to process al the backlog they have. Do you really think it is a flip switch they can switch to start the new TEER system ?
