NOC 2011 Occupation list is out??

Hello, I just read on HRSDC site that they have introduced NOC 2011 with new occupation list. Is anyone aware about it? when it is going to be implemented? I am very well interested to apply under FSW - Sales Manager category. Please refer below site to have more idea.

Has nothing to do with the list of "29" other than changing the NOC numbers for some of the occupations. Sales Manager was never in the list.

I also heard the same thing stated that July of 1st week we will be knowing NEW list of FSW.I also heard that There will be chances to come IT category.I have completed BCA & MSC IT.I am hoping that if it will come I can put the file on IT quota.

IS this right ??Please help ...
