NOC 1461- URGENT HELP FOR OLD APPLICANT

I am an old applicant applied under old system ( not 38 occupation list). can I show NOC 1461 (Mail, Postal and related clerks)??
I have some work experience in this field.

You can show any NOC you want on your background but 1461 will not give you points since it's a skill level C job.

The way you recognize skill from the NOC is:

if the NOC starts with 0 like 0111 it's a skill type 0 occupation, management position.
If the NOC does not start with 0, then look at the 2nd digit. If it's 1, it's a skill level A occupation, if it's 2 or 3, it's a skill level B occupation. If it is 4 or higher, it's skill level C or D.

Only the skill type 0 and skill level A and B will get you points for work experience. Skill level C or D is considered semi- or low skilled and will not get you points.
