Noc 1123 with IT diploma

Dear sir, everyone,

Thanks for reading my topic,
I graduated in IT last year and tried to find a job as junior web developer or other IT job, but has no good luck yet (only worked some contract work),

so i'm thinking to apply as marketing coordinator which fall into NOC level A(noc 1123)

My question is...

Can i apply CEC with 1 year marketing coordinator experience? (and i studied IT in canada SO my study and work experience will not match, is that okay?, but i also have business degree from my country)

If that works, in the future, I will apply with Express Entry BC nomini with CEC...
