I have shortlisted 2 NOCs for my current job against the below mentioned job duties- 1122 (Professional occupations in business management consulting) and 1222 (Executive assistants); however, I'm not able to finalize which one is a better match. Please suggest.
Job Title: Business Manager to CCEO
Job Duties as mentioned in Job Description:
Support Strategic Planning
Assist the CEO in Business strategy formulation, Business Planning & Analysis, (through industry & competitor analysis, environment scan, and evaluation of business assumptions and regular tracking of industry).
- Provide insights on future company initiatives and develop future strategic direction.
- Objective and goal setting, Business planning & Analysis, feasibility studies, and inputs for & key initiatives.
- To analyze and summarize key components of the MIS with a strategic orientation
- Setting up of management processes and structures
- Effective and timely research
- Management process set up and success there off
Monitor timely delivery on diverse projects.
- Collaborate and liaison with key senior executives in various business groups to ensure timely execution on multiple unrelated projects.
Lead & support Strategic projects
- Participate and lead the management of multiple initiatives as well as the execution of selected initiatives
General Management for CEO’s office
- Provide Inputs for presentations, reference materials, management Reporting, execution of day to day Business deliverable that need immediate resolution.
- Running Leadership team meetings by setting agendas and driving discussions.
- Supporting the CEO on various steering boards/project meetings.
