I am a Indian applied for PR for my entire family ( wife and 2 children), Application was sent to Nova Scotia,Canada on 18th August ,
My Younger brother is in Canada,
All completed forms and necessary documents has been sent.
Credit card payment has been given , not yet charged.
Have not received any response yet.

Given that you didn't submit your application until mid-August, it's unlikely you made the cap.
