I have everything to create my profile in EE but have not been able to determine my NOC with certainty. Would really appreciate any help to clear my doubts.
Here my job duties for two project assignments with an Engineering, Construction and Project Management company according to my certification of employment letter. I’m hoping I can claim the same NOC for both.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Execute project audits program as per ISO 9001 requirements. Audits included project departments, disciplines and suppliers/subcontractors
- Work with the Site Quality Manager in the preparation of the Site Quality Plan
- Gather and review with the Lead Discipline Specialists all pertinent audit checklists and/or any other documentation necessary to perform the site audits
- Classify audit findings with Lead Discipline Specialist
- Preparation of project audit schedules, discipline activity plans for the Quality function, and audit reports (internal and external), noting non-conformances and verifying effective corrective action compliance
- Assist the Construction Quality Manager in developing an orientation program to ensure that the project teams are familiar with the requirements of the Project Quality Plan including other Quality Matters
- Act as Quality Auditor and follow up on audit findings and corrective actions
- Assess the ability of subcontractors and suppliers to meet the Quality requirements of the project
- Assist in the maintenance of project quality records for all phases of the project
- Analyze and make independent recommendations regarding solutions to problems with varying complexity in accordance with organization and/or project objectives and guidelines
- Maintain compliance with all applicable specifications, procedures and project standards

- Pertinent Engineering/Technical Degree
- Good experience in construction/engineering industry
- Bilingual. Ability to read, write and speak English and Spanish
- Solid knowledge of ISO 9001
- Ability to function in a highly professional and confidential manner
- High degree of discretion and evaluation capabilities
- Good job related technical knowledge
- Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local and national standards and regulations
- Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner
- Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors
