Hi,

while waiting for my first AOR , I manged to get the work reference letter prepared and signed from my direct manager and stamped from the HR ,The following paragraph related to my job duties was mentioned as follows :

Mr.xxx was responsible for the financial reporting function and he has effeciently performed the following duties :
1- Prepare and analyze financial Statements ( profit&loss, Balance sheet and Cash flow ) ensuring accuracy in accounts mapping,
classification and compliance with financial reporting standards.
2- Manage and develop the financial reporting system (oracle inputs, processing and layout).
3- Provide senior management with highlights, advices and comments related to actual financial performance compared to budget.
4- Examine, Control and analyze company operational expenditure for each cost center records, providing guidance to budget
interfaces to help with their decision making and maintain internal control procedures.
5- Participate in preparing financial presentations to senior management and board of directors where all company financial key
performance indicators are presented accompanied by important highlights , guidance and comments.
6- Report monthly summarized financial key performance indicators to the the parent compant (xxxx).

QUESTIONS :

1-My contractual job tile mentioned in the letter is " Corporate Reporting Analyst" which is not included in NOC1111 titles list, can
this cause a problem ?
2- Do you think the above mention duties can be enough to be accepted under NOC 1111 ?


will be highly appreciated if someone can reply so that i can go ahead with that letter.

Hi

Print out the lead statement and duties for this NOC 1111 from the appropriate website and see how they compare to the statements made in your reference letter.

From my experience (and as an accountant) the reference statement will do.
