It is so clear here that NOC1111 has been on hold since first week of October which no one knows the problem as for me my application was received on 31st October 2014 through an immigration lawyer based in canada up til now no information from the agent and also from cic. My first application was returned on 2nd of October due to poor reference letter. And I got the reply a week it was sent from cic through my agent and I am so sure now that NOC 1111 is on hold for now any experience please come here and she your point

I read some few weeks ago on David Cohen Web site that cic staff committed some error on some noc which have make them to revisit those NOC WHICH I belief NOC 1111 is inclusive so all my NoC mate let hope some thing positive in coming week happen to our precious NoC 1111

Since october applicants are still pending to be charged. So we dec applivant sud not event think to get harged soon. Hope cic starts charging 1111 atleast b4 the first yr of express entry gets over.

NOC 1111 not capped upto first week of December 2014, confirmed by CIC.

Mwa how do you know that? is there a link to that info?
or by mail CIC sent to somebody?
