NOC 0721/0714 Maintenance Manager

Hi Everyone,
I am Applying under this Category & i have an overall score of 7.5 in IELTS with an average of 6.5 or above in each section.
I work full time as a Maintenance Manager in a Transport Company. My Pay scale varies from $20 - $22 per/hour with a minimum of 37.5 hours/week or 40 hours/week including half hour break time.
So i was just curious that if anyone should suggest anything else that i am missing or i should rather go ahead with the paperwork.

Do you already have 1 year of experience? Just to be on the safe side, it is usually a good idea to wait for 2 to 3 weeks after the 1 year is completed just in case experience calculation of yours is a little different from that of the VO.
