And Share their Experiences
Any rejections
Any Other Issues

Infiant, Thalia, Dibs, Sonir, And all others Welcome.

Nothing to report as of now.

I'm not putting much faith in monster.ca. Will land on the 19th of July and keep everyone posted.

After all, we're all in the hospitality segement. :P

Cheers,

Your Experiences and posts will definitely help the 0631 ones. So do definitely keep us updated.
Best of luck...

Sure thing.

One thing I refuse to do, is take up a "survival job". It's not the ego (far from it) it's just that I view it as a bit of a rut, hard to get out of.

Positive thinking helps! And good luck to y'all with the rest of the process.

Cheers,
Rahul.

you haven't applied yet?

I applied but mu case is different. By the time my application reached there NOC 0631 was full. CIO checked next available NOC which was 6242 coz i had shown experience in that too. They issued NER for 6242 cause they didn't find Job profile enough. Now I am waiting for refund and new list of NOCs.

Hey Infiant dont have to worry.
I was just having a talk with my lawyer he says most probably the categories are going to remain the same and definitely u have a chance, just have all your papers ready and target to be the first one to apply for 0631(2011-12).

Best of luck

Guys had to share an incidence of a 631 category applicant "DIBS" Who got "VISA DENIED" because of a blunder done by his consultant. His consultant wrote a wrong noc code for his experience as Restaurant Supervisor and he rejection after a lot of time. even after getting second AOR as the spreadsheet suggests.

So guys try not to make such mistakes

Thanks 8) 8) 8) 8)

This seems like a good case for an appeal - I mean, waiting for new Ministerial instructions now is a bit like roulette.

BTW ... you can post your property requirement on http://toronto.kijiji.ca , someone graciously offered to do it for me, already getting offers for short term rentals. Or you could also try http://toronto.en.craigslist.ca/

Cheers,
Rahul.

Thanks the links might quite well work out.
