Does anybody know if we can still file for CEC under NOC 0621 or not
I know 6211 is no longer available but what about assistant managers

Yes, 0621 is still eligible.

I have a friend who got refused for 6211 last year and by the time she cud reapply, noc 6211 was already gone
She was supervisor at that time and got promoted to assistant manager
she worked as assistant manager in toronto and later on company moved her to alberta with same job position. She currently has 1 year combined experience as assistant manager but places different
do u think it is a good idea to apply based on experience with same company but combined 1 year for 2 different places or shud she wait to finish her 1 year in alberta before she can apply
Any suggestions will be welcome

You can combine the experience gained from two different jobs, however, both jobs must be eligible under the CEC.

Don’t worry about combined work experience. Many applicants are doing it that way.
