NOC 0211 Timeline

Hello Forum Members,

Please who sent in a late application for NOC 0211 Engineering Manager and got PER? My application was delivered 2Oct and want to know if anyone sent an application about that same time and has received PER or has credit card charged. I know the cap was reached around 18Oct or so and really want to find out how possible my application made it as I have not yet heard from CIC.

Your application arrived too late and will be returned to you unprocessed.

Applications are not counted towards the cap until they have been reviewed and determined to be complete. In October, CIC was still working on reviewing applications from July and August.

So unfortunately this means your application definitely missed the cap.
