NOC 0124 - NEED help, any expert around?

It's more about the duties mentioned than the actual job title.

So when you have your reference letter, the duties mentioned should be comparable to the duties for NOC 0124 - but in no way identical!

I had some doubts since I read that for NOC 0124, you need to manage people, which i dont,
though my salary is >$20/hr. that should be fine? NOC 0124, lists marketing manager, not assistant marketing manager

Nothing is set in stone. The closer the duties, the better the chance. I'm sure it will be fine. Just make sure the main duties match up.

In many NOCs, assistant manager and manager are under the same code, so it that is the only concern, I'd say it's OK.
