1) For NOC 0013 it says "Senior managers in this unit group are usually appointed by a board of directors, to which they report". In my case if I am not appointed by the board of directors, do I refrain from applying under this.
2) My previous job was with real estate company, can I apply under 0015? It says 0015 is for "establishments in broadcasting and related media services, wholesale trade, retail trade, accommodation and food service, and other services not elsewhere classified". It is silent on real estate, though real estate was mentioned in 0013 in Example Titles.
