no, the required document needed for the sponsor application is NOT an NOA. it is an OPTION C form. The ONLY way to obtain the option C form is to call CRA and ask them to mail it to you. CIC will ONLY accept the original mailed copy from CRA, and reportedly does NOT accept printed copies from the internet. The Option C is easy to get by calling and it takes about a week to get in the mail. It will not say Option C on it.
Unless you are asking for parents sponsorship, in which case the checklist specifies Option C or NOA are acceptable.
However in either case, what you've posted is neither. It looks like the printout from the CRA website account. You need the ones actually mailed to you from CRA.
